AIRES at Yale University offers students a chance to live and learn on one of the world’s most historic and intellectually vibrant campuses. Participants stay in Yale’s residential collegesdine in campus halls, and engage in an environment that celebrates diverse perspectives and global collaboration.

Session offerings

Session I: June 7 – June 19, 2026

Session II: June 21 – July 10, 2026 (3-wk program)

Session III: July 12 – July 24, 2026

 

Junior Session: June 21 – July 3, 2026

$6,250 for the 2-week program

$9,250 for the 3-week program

$5,950 for the AIRES Junior program

The fee includes on-campus housing, meals, staffing and supervisioninsuranceprogram materials, and most program-sponsored activities, such as field trips, social events, and the closing ceremony.

Limited financial aid is available for qualified students. Financial aid applications should be submitted with or shortly after the main application. Students should also budget for personal expenses such as souvenirs, and small academic costs like printing.

AIRES at Yale is open to rising Grade 10–12 students from around the world. While priority will be given to rising Grade 11 and 12 students, rising Grade 10 applicants may also be considered if they demonstrate strong academic performancerigorous coursework, and meaningful extracurricular involvement.

 

For the AIRES Junior Program at Yale, eligibility is open to rising Grade 8 and 9 students. Exceptional Grade 7 students with strong academic records may also be considered, provided they meet the minimum age requirement of 13 years old by the time of enrollment.
